Incoming 8th & 12th graders Vaccinations-Barton County Health Department

For your convenience Barton County Health Department will be here on April 6th, 2020 (this date was changed from date listed on consent forms) at 8:30 a.m. to give needed vaccinations to incoming 8^th & 12^th grade students for the 2020-2021 school year.  Each student who needs vaccinations has been given consent forms which need to be completed by parents and returned to school nurse as soon as possible so the Health department will be able to order enough vaccinations.

If your child has had Tdap, Menningitis vaccinations, please send a copy of the shot record to the school nurse.
