FACILITIES USAGE

 


 

District facilities are prioritized for district-sponsored activities as defined in Policy KG. District-sponsored activities are given priority in the following order:

 

  • In-season MSHSAA-sponsored athletics and activities

  • In-season athletics/activities (not sponsored by MSHSAA)

  • In-season elementary booster clubs

  • Off-season MSHSAA-sponsored athletics and activities

  • Off-season athletics/activities (not sponsored by MSHSAA)

  • Off-season elementary booster clubs

 

Community groups who host an event are welcome to use district facilities at other times through the following procedure:

 

  • Step 1: Review Board Policy KG.

  • Step 2: Consult the online Activities Calendar to determine available dates.

  • Step 3: Complete the online Facility Request Form at least two weeks prior to your event.

  • Step 4: Send a Certificate of Insurance for at least $1,000,000 to rachel.harper@jasper.k.12.mo.us.

  • Step 5: Receive a confirmation email from rachel.harper@jasper.k12.mo.us. If the district is unable to honor the request, an explanation will be provided.

  • Step 6: Bring payment to Rachel Harper in the Superintendent’s Office (201 W. Mercer). In addition to the regular payment, bring a $5 deposit to receive a key for use during your event. The deposit will be returned to you once you return the key.

 

The following rates will apply for community groups:
