Board Meeting Agenda-May 24, 2018
Seamless Summer The Jasper R-V school district is participating in the “Seamless Summer” school lunch program that allows for all district students, 18 years of age and younger, to eat for free for both breakfast and lunch during summer school. Students will have to pay for any extras and no a la carte items will be available during summer school but the regular breakfast and lunch meal will be free. This includes any student in the Jasper R-V school district, whether they attend summer school or not. If a child wishes to eat who is NOT attending summer school please let us know by calling 417-394-2301.
Summer School Jasper R-V High School will offer summer school for incoming 7th through 12th graders from May 29, 2018 through June 22, 2018.  Hours will be 8 am through 3 pm with a half hour for lunch.  At the high school, this schedule would allow students to make up or earn  up to one (1) full unit of credit by attending both morning and afternoon sessions. Limited bus routes will be run during summer school and if a student chooses to only attend a half day session, no mid day bus transportation will be available.  If you have questions, please call the HS office at 417-394-2511.
The Jasper R-V Parents as Teachers program provides between 2-3 years of services to families with children between prenatal and kindergarten entry. Activities with families include personal visits, child screenings, and resources to help improve your child’s overall health, development and school readiness.  Group connections are also encouraged to further support parents and their children. There are also a limited number of opportunities for our students to attend the Barton, Dade, Jasper County Cooperative Pre-School that is located in Jasper.  For more information, contact Donya Moll, Parents as Teachers coordinator at 394-2301.
