For your convenience, Barton County Health Department will be here on April 12, 2019 to give all incoming 8th & 12th grade students their needed vaccinations in order to enroll for 2019-2020 school year. All students who are in need of vaccinations have been given consent forms. If you did not receive the consent forms and would like for your child to receive their vaccinations, please come by the Health Office or call Nurse Sheri at 417-394-2301. Consent forms are needed as soon as possible to allow the health department time to order needed supplies.
Snow Make-Up days are March 25th, and April 8th. March 25th will be a half-day with students released at approximately 1:15, followed by Parent-Teacher Conferences.

The Jasper R-V Parents as Teachers program provides between 2-3 years of services to families with children between prenatal and kindergarten entry. Activities with families include personal visits, child screenings, and resources to help improve your child’s overall health, development and school readiness.  Group connections are also encouraged to further support parents and their children. There are also a limited number of opportunities for our students to attend the Barton, Dade, Jasper County Cooperative Pre-School that is located in Jasper.  For more information, contact Rachanda Kaderly, Parents as Teachers coordinator at 394-2301.
